Customs authorities regulate all goods entering or leaving a country. Every international shipment must go through customs. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and for paying any import duties or taxes.
We do not add VAT, taxes, or hidden fees. You pay only the price shown on our website: product cost + shipping. However, many countries charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes on goods coming from overseas. In some cases, items below a certain value or in specific categories may be exempt.
Customs rules vary widely from country to country. We cannot know the specific laws, procedures, or tax regulations for every destination. For this reason, we are unable to provide advice about import taxes in your country. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.
If import taxes or duties apply, these fees are collected by the courier at delivery. We cannot calculate these charges in advance, and they cannot be prepaid through us. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift, please make sure the recipient understands they may need to pay customs fees.
Before ordering, we strongly recommend that you learn about your country’s import regulations. If you have specific, lawful instructions regarding labeling, packing, or documentation, include them with your order and we will do our best to follow them.
