Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We’re proud of our quality and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns (Standard Size Dresses Only)

We accept returns on eligible standard-size dresses within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free of stains, odors, lint, or damage

Items showing signs of wear or alteration may be refused.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size, color, or style.

While we’re unable to offer direct item-for-item exchanges, we’ve made the process simple. Please start by submitting a return request for your original item. Once your return is arranged, you’re welcome to place a new order online for the replacement you prefer.

After we receive and process your approved return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This approach helps ensure the fastest processing time and allows you to secure your preferred item without delay.

How to Start a Return

Email our after-sales team at service@modabridals.com before sending anything back.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Do not use the address on the package — we will provide the correct return address.

Fees & Shipping
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs


Items That Cannot Be Returned
  • Custom or personalized items

  • Earrings and personal care items (hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale items

  • Orders where incorrect size/color was selected by the customer.(it could be exchanged)

We do not support “buy multiple, keep one” purchases.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos

  2. Contact service@modabridals.com immediately

Eligible cases qualify for a full refund or replacement once verified.


Sizing & Fit

All dresses are handmade and may vary up to 1 inch from listed measurements.

If your dress differs by more than 1 inch from the ordered size, we may offer limited alteration reimbursement. A tailor receipt is required.

If the dress matches the size ordered but does not fit, local tailoring is recommended at your own expense.


Color Differences

Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, screens, or fabric batches. This does not qualify as a defect. If you believe you received the wrong color, contact us for review.


Order Cancellations

Because dresses are made to order, cancellations are time-sensitive:

Time After Payment Refund
Within 12 hours 90% of product price + full shipping
12–24 hours 80% of product price + full shipping
24–48 hours 50% of product price + full shipping
After 48 hours Shipping cost only
After shipment Cannot cancel

Gift Cards
  • Only one gift card may be used per order

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable


We Are Not Responsible For
  • Returns lost or damaged in transit

  • Damage from misuse, chemicals, pools, or improper care
