When to Order & Delivery Information
Your Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Because our dresses are made to order, production takes time. Please plan ahead to ensure your dress arrives before your event.
Processing Time (Tailoring)
Each dress is handmade after your order is placed.

Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses:
10–15 days -
Wedding Dresses:
12–17 days
If your order includes multiple items, everything will ship together. The total processing time will be based on the item that takes the longest to complete.
Shipping Time
After your dress is finished, shipping typically takes:
5–8 business days
We ship via major international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Simply select your country when entering your shipping address at checkout.

Some remote areas may require an additional carrier fee, especially for expedited shipping. If this applies, our customer service team will contact you by email.

Ordering Tip
Since all dresses are made to order, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow time for tailoring and delivery.
